1. Agreement
By using toptraders0x.com (the “Site”) you agree to these Terms and to the Risk & Disclosures and Privacy policies. If you disagree, do not use the Site.
2. Who we are — no entity
No company, no entity. top traders is an independent project operated by individuals. It is not an incorporated company, a licensed money-services business, broker, exchange or virtual-asset service provider, a registered investment adviser, or a regulated financial institution. Nothing here creates a corporation, partnership, employment, agency or fiduciary relationship between you and us.
3. Information only — not advice
top traders is an independent research and commentary publisher. Content is strictly educational and is not investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and not a solicitation or recommendation to transact in any asset. We do not manage money, hold custody, or execute trades for anyone. See Risk & Disclosures.

The Site may link to third-party sources and products. Each is independent, operated by others, and has its own terms; we are not responsible for third-party content or services, and referencing one does not create rights or liabilities in it.

Site content and brand are ours. You may read and share with attribution; you may not republish wholesale or misrepresent authorship.

Because we are individuals and not a registered entity, these Terms are governed by the mandatory consumer laws of your own country of residence to the extent they apply, without reference to conflict-of-laws rules. Please raise any dispute with us first and informally at [email protected]; we aim to resolve issues directly and in good faith. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it.
