Everything lives on Ethereum, and the USDC line is small at $3M — under 15% of the wallet. That is not a defensive posture. Dry powder this thin says the wallet is closer to fully invested than waiting on the sidelines; there is little stable ballast to average down or rotate quickly without unwinding the restaking legs first. The signal here is conviction in ETH exposure over cash optionality.

Watch for the restaking legs unwinding back into spot ETH or USDC as the tell: that would mark a shift from earn-mode to either de-risking or repositioning.
