Scope
top traders (toptraders0x.com) is a research and commentary publisher operated by individuals — not a company, custodian, broker or money-services business. It does not hold assets or execute trades for users. Automated boards, screeners, lab reports and bot pages are published research tools, not a service rendered to you. The Terms and Risk & Disclosures apply to everything here.
1. No custody, no client funds
We never receive, hold or transmit user funds. Nothing on the Site is broking, dealing, custody or portfolio management for you. We do not execute, route or settle trades: where the Site links to an exchange or trading terminal, including through a referral code, the trade is between you and that venue under its own rules and checks.
2. Lawful use
Use the Site lawfully and meet all tax, reporting and regulatory duties in your jurisdiction. Content is not directed at persons where its distribution would be unlawful. Checking that you are allowed to use any venue we link to is your responsibility.
3. Sanctions & jurisdictions
We do not knowingly provide services to sanctioned persons. Our boards are built automatically from public data and do not screen individual tokens, wallets or traders against sanctions lists; a name appearing on a board says nothing about whether dealing with it is lawful for you.
4. Projects on our boards are not vetted
Attention boards, trending lists, launch feeds and “what leaders buy” blocks rank tokens by public attention on X, Telegram, on-chain venues and public trader leaderboards. We do not audit contracts, verify teams or check business substance: nothing on a board is a listing, an endorsement or a recommendation. Some of these projects will turn out to be scams. If a listed token or project proves fraudulent, or you believe an entry is wrong, write to legal@toptraders0x.com. Reports sent to that address are read, but the boards rebuild automatically and we cannot warrant that an entry is removed or stays removed.
5. Anti-impersonation
Only these channels are authoritative: the domain toptraders0x.com, @toptraders0x on X and the Telegram channel t.me/toptraders0x. top traders has no token, presale, airdrop, NFT, paid signal group or “VIP” tier, and we never contact you first asking for funds, keys, a seed phrase or a deposit. Anyone offering these under our name is a scammer. Report impersonation to legal@toptraders0x.com.
