Forward Industries (Nasdaq: FWDI) is a U.S. public company running one of the largest corporate Solana treasuries after a September 2025 pivot from product design. It accumulated SOL at an average of $230 per coin via a ~$1.65B PIPE backed by Galaxy Digital, Jump Crypto, and Multicoin Capital, and stakes nearly all of it through its own validators to grow SOL-per-share.
